Ubud is the spiritual heartbeat of Bali.

Steeped in culture, tradition and meaningful ceremony, there is an openness and sweet love that is tangible here.

One only needs to step off the plane to feel the calm soothing vibration.

Hidden temples, majestic royal palaces, monkey forests and rice paddies embody this beautiful country town.

It has become the sacred space where many congregate to explore something different, to seek inspiration, to enquire within, to grow.

Yoga, meditation, breath work, sound healing, creative dance and healthy vegetarian and raw food cafes are available in abundance at every corner.

As well a spiritual mecca, Ubud is an inspiring home of crafts, including creative antiques, woodcarvings, crafts, textiles, paintings, artwork and jewelry.

Located just a 5-minute-drive from Ubud Centre, the yoga heartbeat of Bali, this unique wooden villa offers a great spiritual getaway.

The villa is nestled among nature, so close that even a Rambutan tree grows through a bathroom, and coconut trees grow through the deck floor and roof.

Rice paddies frame our sunrise and sunsets from the villa.

In the mornings we see the local villagers taking care of their rice fields, cutting grass for their cattle.

Squirrels living in the tropical forest, jump from tree to tree in quest of a breakfast.

In the locality, beautiful flower ceremonies take place in incense filled temples and monkeys form part of the crowd.

The villa is easily accessible by car or scooter should you wish to hire one to explore the beautiful surrounds.

There is an open plan kitchen, large living area and our very own private pool surrounded by rice fields, tropical trees and the peaceful sound of waterfall.

… And not forgetting the massive open air yoga deck…this javanese wooden house is made of teak wood and the top floor is simply and openly dressed to provide a calm and peaceful place to practice yoga and meditation.
