After several requests I’ve finally started to put finger to keyboard in an attempt to bring to life the recipes that I’ve been creating on my healthy eating journey. Here you will find a mixture of vegan, vegetarian and ovo-pescatarian recipes. All are dairy free.

If you’re a big Delia fan, turn away now. Think Yogic Jamie Oliver, even more quick, simple and experimental. My style of cooking is to browse google for ideas, briefly scan through what I like, make a mental note of the key ingredients and then enjoy my own experiment in the kitchen.

Be prepared to see, feel, smell and taste your food as you get intimate with your cooking.
Be open to making mistakes and learning from them. Most of all, enjoy the process.
